Return & Exchange Policy:
• Exchanges can be initiated within 1-3 days of receiving the confirmation letter.
• Alterations and returns are accepted within 1-3 days of receipt and must be in perfect condition.
• Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
• Each item can be exchanged once.
• Gift items are non-exchangeable or returnable.
• Items damaged through customer use cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Special customized orders are non-exchangeable.
• Ready-to-wear and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
• Exchanges are permissible in cases of manufacturing defects.
